 I've been a licensed massage therapist for over 23 years, specializing in pain management. I have a background in post trauma rehab and spent the majority of my career helping people with illnesses such as MS, Fibromyalgia, RA, & ALS. My goal is to improve your quality of life whether it is through managing your pain or simply just relaxing you.  I use what is called the HEMME approach.  I achieve this by providing EFFECTIVE massage therapy that includes individualized treatment plans, using modalities if necessary (like therapeutic ultrasound & more), & teaching you exercises to help you continue improving at home.
